Welcome to VIP Taxi Group. By booking a ride with us, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made using our official website, WhatsApp, phone number, or email.
  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from VIP Taxi Group.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, and location.
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Waiting time
    • Extra luggage
    • Airport parking or tolls
    • Last-minute changes
  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or online methods (if available).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 2 hours before pickup time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50–100% of the booking cost.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must be ready at the pickup point at the scheduled time.
  • No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed inside the vehicle.
  • Passengers must ensure their luggage is safe and within the vehicle capacity.

5. Driver & Vehicle Safety

  • All our drivers are UK-based, fully licensed, and trained.
  • Vehicles are regularly inspected to maintain safety and comfort.
  • Drivers have the right to refuse service if:
    • The passenger behaves aggressively
    • Safety rules are violated
    • Extra passengers beyond vehicle capacity attempt to enter

6. Delays & External Factors

VIP Taxi Group is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic
  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Third-party issues

However, our drivers will always try to choose the best possible route.

7. Lost & Found

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • If an item is found in a vehicle, we will contact the customer and arrange safe return.
  • VIP Taxi Group is not liable for lost property.

8. Airport Transfers

  • Passengers must provide correct flight details.
  • We monitor flights, but changes should be communicated by the customer as well.
  • Extra charges may apply for parking and waiting time.

9. Use of Website

By visiting viptaxigroup.co.uk, you agree:

  • Not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Not to copy website content without permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We do not share your personal data with third parties except where required for service delivery or law enforcement.
  • All data is handled under UK GDPR guidelines.
